Supervision Orders - The PLWG Report

Professor Judith Harwin is one of the authors of the Public Law Working Group Report on Supervision Orders, published in April 2023. In this seminar (video below) Professor Harwin explains the conclusions of the report and look at Best Practice when seeking a Supervision Order in the Family Court.

This seminar was presented by the Lancashire and Cumbria Family Justice Boards who are very grateful for the support of 15 Winckley Square Chambers in funding this event.
